Server/Guest Service

 

Description

 

Tandoori Grill is a new Indian restaurant located in Puyallup, WA and was built with the vision of bringing the finest Indian dishes to our guests. As a Server and Guest Service Member, you will work with the back-of-house and front-of-house to bring the best customer experience to our guests.

 

Responsibilities

 

Customer Engagement: Speaking with our guests in-person or over the phone and making sure they are satisfied with our service and leave with a smile.

 

Managing Orders: Making sure every order leaves on time by communicating with the back-of-house regarding orders made by phone or online (Website, DoorDash, etc.)

 

Coordinating Reservations: Managing party sizes, online/phone reservations, and creating an inviting environment for guests.

 

Food Service: From seating our guests to serving their food, we want to make sure we are creating a personalized dining experience for our guests

 

Requirements

 

• 1+ years of restaurant or customer service experience highly preferred.

• Ability to speak in English fluently

• Professional with a good sense of humor

• Ability to connect with people

• Willingness to learn and share ideas
